Who we are

Multi-award winning, Senior hairstylist and owner, Ash Weller, brings over 21 years’ experience in the hair industry. Since opening his first studio at just 23 years old, gaining global recognition, having many colourful experiences along the journey, his passion for hair continues to thrive. His work has seen him travel across Australia, Japan, Korea and USA, collaborating with artists such as the Arctic Monkeys and Gang of Youths. After sharing the stage with industry giants at many events such as Orlando Premier and Brooklyn NYC, he then returned to South Australia to pioneer interactive hairdressing events, featuring international artists. In 2020, Ash won the AHIA "Hot Shots of the Year" award, spurring collaborations and photoshoots in Melbourne. Inspired, Ash launched a new salon in suburban Adelaide—Basin St, honouring New Orleans’ jazz and blues heritage, reflecting his global journey and eclectic cultural influences.
